Managed multiple properties in hospitality section of corporation. Planned quarterly marketing events and presented their results to corporate directors. Maintained inventory, ordering, and effective daily operations of multiple Virginia Beach’s premier waterfront restaurants. Responsible for recruiting new employees for vacant staffing needs, implemented design of restaurant facilities for optimal efficiency. Interacted with and ensured the satisfaction of up to 1,000 patrons a day. Delegated responsibilities to subordinates to ensure time and cost efficiency.

Chandler Realty, Inc. September 2013 – Present

Manage digital, print and social media marketing for both Sales Associates and Corporate accounts. Project lead for re branding of Nancy Chandler Associates into Chandler Realty, Inc. Create and curate all website content, agent profiles, social media and blog content. Manage and develop meta data descriptions for company website and write content to manage and improve company/agent SEO. Develop and manage all inter-office processes and policies as well as maintain and manage company and agent SOI and CRM programs.

Intermediate Accounting-Preparation of financial statements and other reports in accordance with prevailing accounting standards established by the accounting profession. Voice and Diction-An introduction to the analysis and practice of effective voice and articulation. Applications across various communication contexts, such as public communication, media, and social communication.

Principles of Microeconomics- An examination of consumer behavior, price and output decisions of firms, the economic efficiency of the resulting allocation of society’s resources, and the gains from international trade and impact of trade barriers.

Public Relations Writing- Examination of scholarly texts, case studies and media coverage of public relations scenarios.
